After spending the day walking the Vegas strip, we wanted something special for dinner. When we arrived at the Bellagio Hotel, we happened upon the Sensi Restaurant. What a delightful surprise! The Asian influence on their cuisine made it a uniquely delicious meal. We highly recommend their Ahi Tuna appetizer. They serve Ahi Tuna prepared in four different sauces, making each burst with flavor in your mouth. I selected the Chilean Sea Bass which was prepared with miso flavoring, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. At the end of the meal, we were served complementary miniature Churos as a final treat. Overall a delicious, unique experience. We highly recommend a dinner at Sensi for your next Vegas trip.
